We offer a Kyoto-style kaiseki course featuring our signature hot pot made with plenty of locally-sourced Kyoto vegetables. The course begins with a small appetizer, followed by an eight-dish arrangement inspired by Kyoto's cityscape, including sashimi, tempura, hot pot, and a dessert parfait.

Food Allergy Precautions

1.Ingredients used are confirmed based on information from the manufacturer.

2.Since the food is prepared in the same kitchen as other menus, and the same cooking and cleaning equipment is used as for other menus, there is a possibility that allergenic substances may be mixed in small quantities during the cooking process. In addition, there is a possibility that a small amount of allergenic substances may be mixed in during the production process of the ingredients used by the manufacturer.
