We have recently received reports that certain guests who made reservations through online booking platforms such as Booking.com have been targeted by suspicious messages (via email, SMS, or messaging applications) impersonating our hotel or the booking platforms.
These messages may include links directing recipients to fraudulent websites under the pretense of confirming or updating reservation details, and in some cases request the input of personal or credit card information.

Please be advised that our hotel will never:
Request credit card or personal information via messaging applications
Ask guests to complete payments or provide information through external links
Request payment of accommodation fees via bank transfer
If you receive any communication that falls under the above, please exercise extreme caution.

To prevent potential damage, we kindly ask that you:
Do not access any URLs included in the message
Do not enter any personal or credit card information
Delete the message and contact our hotel directly for verification
